We've Been Upgraded

After serving us faithfully for several years the old website was in dire need of a revamp. So, over the past few months I've worked on creating a new site that will make it easier for new visitors and church members to find the latest information about Quest. To that end we've made the site much easier for all the staff to update so expect to see more frequent updates (for the geeks out there it's built on top of Drupal). It's also easier for you to use: you can now sign up (or unsubscribe) to the church eNews online, you can listen to the sermons online or subscribe to the sermons as a podcast, and see a calendar of all the upcoming events.

Additionally, we have implemented some features to create more of an online community for Quest members. For church attenders there are now forums, a church directory, and church classifieds. If you're a regular attender to Quest go ahead and sign up for an account so you can start using these additional features.

So, poke around and see what's new, and let us know if you find bugs that we can help squash.

Hi Jason,

Very nice work on the website. I've been looking at Drupal and Joomla as a replacement for our MovableType based website at church (http://www.ecreekside.com). I've been leaning toward Drupal, but Joomla looked like it might be a little friendlier for most of our users. Seeing what you've done has swung me back toward Drupal. Keep up the good work!
