Hike on Tiger Mountain
Join us for a 5.4 mile loop hike on December 5th. The hike is located 21 miles from Seattle on Tiger Mountain. The trail is a winding, meandering loop through lovely ferns and hemlocks and past streams. Be prepared for some steep sections of the trail and for muddy conditions. (Our trail guide rates this hike as moderate to difficult; cumulative elevation gain is 1,850 ft).
We will leave from the Quest Church parking lot at 10:00AM Saturday morning (Dec. 5th). Wear sturdy shoes to hike in and bring water, snacks, and a lunch. It will take about 30 minutes to drive to the trailhead, and we estimate about 4 - 5 hours on the trail.
If you’re planning to come, shoot us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with your cell phone number, in case we need to call with a cancellation. We’ll probably go even if it’s raining a bit, but if it’s pouring, we’ll probably cancel.
