3 bedroom House needed

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house no further south than Renton for myself, my niece's family (S/O and 3year old) and my friend who is in hospice care. I am hoping to get rent around 1100 - 1200 per month. My niece has recently relocated here from Utah so they have not firmly secure employment but do have a same income. I work full time and have excellent references. My friend has an income and references as well. We can't have alot of stairs and a bedroom on the main floor is necessary.
