Come share our house with us in a convenient U District/50 St. location! Huge, light filled windows throughout, very walkable/bikeable neighborhood, great front/backyard for gardening. Beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath sunny craftsman house. Available: 1st floor room or shared large upstairs room, July 1st move-in. Female roommates only. Located in the U-District near I-5, close to buses, local library, Trader Joes, restaurants, movie theaters. Basement has laundry and plenty of storage space. Driveway & off-street parking. Our cat, Sierra, is a fixture, so must love cats (No other pets, please). Roommates in the house currently include me (a female UW grad student, late 20's: Stanford alum, Christian, loves soccer/cooking) AND a woman in her early 30's: non-profit professional, Christian, 'greenie,' yogi, runner, foodie, traveler. House culture: share one weekly/bi-weekly meal together & occasionally do stuff together (go out to dinner, a movie, etc). Rent: $450 (shared room)/ $550-625 (single)+ 1/3 utilities (avg $75/month).
