One bedroom studio, bathroom, kitchenette $495, includes utilities - female prefferred (willing to trade for childcare and babysitting). Housemate for newly remodeled downstairs of North Beacon Hill family home, bedroom, living room kitchenette, guest bathroom, laundry, and private entrance, we will need occasional access to laundry, 5 min from light rail & bus
