Good Morning from Buffalo Covenant, Buffalo, NY

Hi,

I'm a member of Buffalo Covenant Church in Buffalo, NY. Two years ago, our church let an international group use our church for "English as a Second Language" camp. Out of that, I took some students, and ended up with one from Taiwan for two years. Her name is Yuling Chang. She had a good friend from South Korea, Kayoung Kang, who also stayed for two years at another host family in the Buffalo area. Yuling and Kakyoung graduated together and went back to their respective countries for the summer.

Kakyoung has a sister who will be going to North Seattle College and is looking for a host family to stay with. I don't know anything about this sister, but I can tell you Kakyoung is a really sweet girl, very active in her faith, has been at our church several times, and helped out with Kenmore Kindness on Wednesdays almost all year. I would hope her sister would be half as nice. Kakyoung received a scholarship and she will be going to the University of Oklahoma.

Would you know of anyone who would be interested in taking in an exchange student?

Kakyoung is in Korea now and said she would be going to Seattle on 8/5/09 to find a host family for her sister.

Any help you could give would be appreciated.
