Looking for Christian Dance/Yoga/Pilates teachers for new Dance/Art Studio in U-District

Hello, I am a fellow Quester, opening a new Dance/Art/Photography Studio in the U-District. I am seeking instructors who want to teach in my studio. You would be your own boss, and teach what you like. Set your own hours, etc. I still have a lot of work to do fixing it up, but plan to have the Grand Opening in February. I am asking $35/hour for studio rental, or $125/month, if you pay up front. Possibly discounted further for multiple hours per week. In return, I am offering help with advertising, a page on the Studio website (with a link to yours if wanted), Free Professional portraits for website and Ads, advertising in the new Hometown Values Magazine, storage for any props, etc., and of course studio time. Please call or email if you are interested. I would be happy to get together and share my vision with you :)

Becky,
I was wondering if your space is available for one time rentals. I am teaching a belly dance class for my networking group this month and I need somewhere to have it. It would be for about 10 women max and would be on May 28th. Do you think we can work something out? Oh and it's just for 90 mins.

Please let me know! thanks.

Awesome! I will call you this evening to schedule it. We only need it for about an hour if everyone shows up on time but of course no one ever does!
