Looking for place to live--starting Sep or Oct

Christian woman, in my 30's, world traveler, international disaster relief--going back to school for my PhD at UW...looking for a place to live this fall. Would love others in my age group or room rental with families. I am fairly boring, to bed early--love time with friends, cooking, reading outdoor activities--can't wait to experience the seattle mountains and waterways.
