Looking for a renter for our downstairs apartment

$650 for one, $800 for two: One bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, spare room, living space; includes all utilities and wifi.
Shared laundry with us.
Newly remodeled downstairs of Beacon Hill family home, private entrance.
Starting in November. We welcome students and singles.
