Need a place for SEPT & OCT? Room for rent in a 2-br apartment! Just $300!

My roommate is moving out this week, and the lease for the apartment goes through October 31st. The rent is very inexpensive because we moved in at just the right time - it's just $600, so $300 for you. Utilities are shared, and with Seattle City Light average $30 per roommate every two months. Located in Wedgwood/Meadowbrook, just off 95th and Lake City. The larger room (and much larger closet!) is the one that will be available September 1st. It's a cozy but decent sized apartment. The apartment is on the bottom floor of an 8-plex. Neighbors are friendly, and it's in a quiet area. I work 9-6 downtown, Monday-Friday. I'm 24 and female, looking for preferably another female roommate to fill the spot through October 31st. Taking over the lease November 1st would also be an option! Comment and/or email me at amy.rebekah@yahoo.com if you are interested!

Amy, I have a female roommate who is looking for roommates/living situation for October or November 1st. It doesn't help you out right now, but if you are interested in finding a place with her, she is 21, a student at UW, and looking for a place in N. Seattle for $300-400 a month. Her email is Monispeth@gmail.com and her name is Monica. Thanks!
