Room for Rent starting in August in Beacon Hill, South Seattle

Basement room for rent in a family house; you would have your own private ¾ bathroom, bedroom, and entrance. We share the mailbox, laundry area, and we, the owners, would be using the basement occasionally to get into our storage room. For the most part, you would have the whole basement to yourself. We value the environment and hang our laundry out all summer and collect rain water for our garden. We are looking for someone quiet, polite, a non-smoker, with no pets. The ceiling is a bit short, so if you’re over 6’ tall, don’t bother responding, sorry. There is a $250 deposit and rent is $550/month, due on the 1st of each month. All utilities and internet are included. Thanks!
