Three females are looking for a female roommate available to move in September 15, 2012 (and sooner with sublease through summer) into our spacious four-bedroom, three-bath house in the Licton Springs area (near I-5 and 85th St and walking distance to both Greenlake and Northgate).

Amenities include: washer/dryer, dishwasher, upstairs & downstairs communal space, downstairs bar area, a working fireplace and pellet stove, private and gated backyard with gardening space. Easy street parking, easy access to I-5 and Hwy 99, and quick direct busing to downtown. Four miles east of Golden Gardens Beach/Park and Carkeek Beach/Park along the Puget Sound. A sweet-tempered, well-trained, medium-size labradoodle (low-shedding and nearly hypoallergenic dog) will be residing in home.

Room available: Unfurnished master bedroom with private attached bath (including spa bathtub with 8 jets) and big walk-in closet, facing the backyard with direct sunlight coming from big windows on two walls. This master suite available is measured to be 20.5 feet by 14 feet in size (i.e., 287 square feet). One year lease starts September 15, 2012. There is an option for subleasing throughout summer. Rent is $692, plus cost for water/sewer, electricity, & internet services--which are split equally among four roommates. Damage deposit is $75.
