Roommate wanted in Wallingford community!

We're a house of brilliant, responsible and fun women looking for a roommate to move in mid-April. Our house is an excellent balance of socialness (Monday potlucks with our friends!) and quietness. We all busy people - working and one of us is a grad student at UW - but find time for the finer things of life, including faith, good conversation, and adventures in the outdoors. We live in the Wallingford neighborhood, on 45th and 2nd Ave NE.

Our house is has character and vintage appeal. The kitchen is complete with a dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, freezer and funky blue-tiled walls. We also have a washer/dryer. The living room is full of light, with lead-paned windows, comfy chairs and a sofa to boot. We're close to major bus lines and walking distance from Greenlake, the U-District and Molly Moon's. Also, we have fantastic neighbors!

When: April 18th-September 18th

Where: Wallingford, on 45th and 2nd Ave NE

What: There are two rooms available. One is a bedroom on the main floor w/ a half bath. The other is a shared room with your own cozy sleeping nook (and built-in shelving + floral-print flooring!)

Rent: $376-440/month+utilities (paid every other month)
