Holy Week

Dear Quest,

As you know, Holy Week is soon upon us from April 6-12.  The staff has been working hard to create opportunities for prayer, reflection, and worship. Click here for a printable schedule of the week's events.

Monday through Wednesday, we are opening up our church as an "Open Space."  On Monday and Wednesday, you're invited to join us for a 45 minute guided time of Scriptures, Prayer, and Reflection. Doors will open at 6.45PM; the guided service will take place from 7pm-7.45; and the space will be OPEN till 9pm.  On Tuesday, we are hosting an OPEN WORSHIP from 7-8pm as the worship team leads us exclusively in Prayer, Psalms, and Songs.

Jeff Roach and the Theology of Food Community Group are inviting the entire church to join them for the Passover Seder Meal on Thursday, April 9th from 6.30-8.30pm. You'll need to RSVP for this meal at the church basement with Jeff at jeff@jnjroach.com.

Lastly, we have an eventful but important weekend.  We are hosting two Good Friday services at 6pm (families welcome) and 8pm on Friday, April 10th.  Katey Hage and the Children's Ministry are hosting an EggCellent Easter Celebration on Saturday, April 11 from 10am-1pm at Quest Church.  And finally, we are hosting ONE JOINT Easter Worship and Lunch Celebration on Sunday, April 12 at 11am at Whittier Elementary School in Ballard.

And we need your help! Though it's not our desire to inundate you with spam, we want to equip you with the resources to invite your friends, family and community at large to worship with us Easter weekend. Would you partner with your church to help spread the word? Here are some ways you can help us out:
  • Invite someone to any of the events but especially the weekend events (Good Friday, EggCellent Easter, and Easter Sunday).
  • When you receive the email invitation in the coming weeks, forward the Easter email invitation to your network.
  • Forward the Easter website link - http://seattlequest.org/easter to your co-workers and friends.
  • When you receive the Facebook event invitation later this week, post the event on your Profile.
  • Help us spread the word by sharing it on your Twitter.
And finally, please be in prayer.  Pray that many will come and be moved to follow after Jesus.

In Christ,

P a s t o r  E u g e n e  C h o  | Lead Pastor  |  http://eugenecho.com
